The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) - Volunteers Needed!

Join us in supporting our community through The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP). We are seeking dedicated volunteers to assist two days each month with unloading and organizing TEFAP food deliveries. This is a crucial role that directly impacts the lives of many in our area.

Volunteer Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Commitment to work on the specified days each months

Schedule:
  • 2nd Friday of Every Month: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Following Monday: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Please note: The schedule is subject to change based on delivery timings and other factors.

Location: Food Pantry, 6021 Solomons Island Road, Huntingtown, MD 20639
