Southern Maryland Tri-County Community Action Committee, Inc owns over 300 units in the tri-county area. These units are reserved as affordable housing units for low income community members, that otherwise would struggle to maintain housing for their families. This past year, 423 households consisting of 915 people were assisted with SMTCCAC affordable housing.
